Positive thinking, changing our thoughts for better life. With reference to the session done by Prof. Daya Rohana Athukorala. Professor taught us how to be a positive thinker and how we can enhance the thinking ability positively. It was really a great lecture. He explained about the experiences he had got in his life and took points from the books he has written. The way he talked us was really impressive. It was one of the best motivative lecture I ever had and I began to think positively after sir’s words.   In this globalized society people have to work like Roberts. Hence responsibilities of parents, responsibilities of children, and the responsibilities of other accountable bodies have been mixed and ignored. People have forgotten their spiritual life. Health, Happiness and Well-being through psychology Every person is facing various difficulties and hardships on each and every day. Irrespective of religion, race, profession, social status and education level we all have a same life story which contains probably three steps. By combining the above three phenomena our mind get stressed and tensioned. Hence we are losing our health, well-being and basically the happiness from our life. What is stress? Stressor- Any environmental demand that creates a state of tension or threat and requires change or adaptation. Anything that poses a challenge or a threat to our well-being is a stress. There is good side as well as bad side from this stress condition. The good side is that some stresses get us going and motivate for a specific task.
