Positive thinking
Positive thinking, changing our thoughts for better life.
With reference to the session done by
Prof. Daya Rohana Athukorala.
Professor taught us how to be a positive
thinker and how we can enhance the thinking ability positively. It was really a
great lecture. He explained about the experiences he had got in his life and
took points from the books he has written. The way he talked us was really impressive.
It was one of the best motivative lecture I ever had and I began to think positively
after sir’s words.
In this globalized society people have
to work like Roberts. Hence responsibilities of parents, responsibilities of
children, and the responsibilities of other accountable bodies have been mixed
and ignored. People have forgotten their spiritual life. When most of people
cannot achieve their goals in this life competition they get depressed and
committed suicide. Most of children as well as adults don’t know there value.
How worth they are to the world. Because
of pessimistic ideas society has destroyed and abused.
Lack of communication among each other
mainly cause for a destructive result. Mother should take care about his
children and apart from earning there should be an existence as human beings.
Talking problem among each other is a best habit that we should practice.
In the book named “diyunuwe ran doratuwa” sir has described fluently about the ways we
should follow to success our lives.
Are you a
Left brain person or a Right brain person?
For
this question some of us may say we are right-brain or else we are left-brain
according to the fields we are interested. But in this raising world being one
side brain person is typical.
You
might be a very logical person with analytical thoughts. But at the same time u
can’t say that u are not fond of artistic creations and no any passion or any
sense. And also you might be a creative and an artistic person with lots of
feelings and senses. But you can’t say that u don’t like science and logical
things.
As
a person we should practice both parties. Now the whole world is concerned
about this. If we wish to be a good professional we must train both of the
sides.
According to the Sigmund Freud,
a man is a 'cod of habits'. It means we do everything as we practices. Others see us from our behavior and our
behavior is come from the environment that we have grown. Since little time
if we get the correct parental affection and if we get the correct education
and love at the right time stages we may grow as an outstanding person with
positive behavioral patterns.
There are several love stages that a person must
experience at the correct time. If anybody lost one of these love stages he or
she would have some issues with their personality.
There are many books written and translated by
prof. Daya Rohana Athulorala. Some of
them are,
·
Diyunuwe Ran
Doratuwa
·
Paul jiwithaya
sarthaka kaaganimata haki maga
·
Preethimath
premaniya jiwithayakata
·
Chiththa balayen
roga suwa karagta haki karma
·
Buddhimath daruwa
If a person once read one of his
books I bet he or she will go through a major change in his thoughts and
attitudes. I’m much grateful for Sir Daya Rohana Athukorala for giving us such
a worthy lecture.
